  1. i totally understand what these people are saying since i've worked on tv production back then and had some segments and we have to go live on a weekly basis…the editing, the shoot, the script, the costumes… it's really hard to "create" something when you're literally doing everything and multitasking and you get burnt out plus your PA's are practically useless because they also have a gig of their own with another show and your boss is just there expecting you to come up with something every meeting when they come in the office in midweek… it's a great experience though if only there's manpower, bigger budget and you really get paid higher for spending so much time in the station… and yes, it gets frustrating when you have all this idealism of how you can use your voice on the given platform and you just can't which i understand from what they are saying… when you are in the creative field, most people have a mind of their own and would want to produce something of quality and it really slowly kills you inside if you're in a place where it's only the money that matters…like in their case, more hits, more subscription, more e-money… i later then tried moving to a competitor station but didn't work, for some reason, they have this non-verbal cold treatment when you're coming from a competitor station and couldn't figure out that you as a person is not a representation of the other station and it always get to be brought up from time to time which can be annoying… what you don't understand is, when you're in the creative field, you put your thoughts, emotions to even your life in it… it's you brain in material form and you want to take pride in what you do and you would want to use your platform as something substantial… so it most often don't work… the kind of environment that they are in would be best for people who really just want to work for the paycheck and not for passion…

  2. Funny how people are saying that they are whining about everyday life and telling them get over it. Pretty sure if you were getting treated terrible at your job you wouldn't be like "Oh well, that's life for ya, lol"; you would complain either to yourself or others. Complaining is a normal part of life, it helps us to move on so leave them alone.

  3. Why do all of these people sound like millennials that love to complain? You knew what you were signing up, and you knew what they wanted from you. Buzzfeed is a company that produces heavy amounts of product. If you didn't want to be a spoke on the wheel, then don't get on. It is like this at every job you apply to. Get a regular job if you hate to work for companies like Buzzfeed. YouTube doesn't count because you need to keep uploading or you lose people. The grind is the same, just a different mask.

  4. QUANTITY than QUALITY???!! I looked onto all your New Channels, But BuzzFeed really stand out than yours.. even PewDiePie loves BuzzFeed than yourselves… But actually, I missed them watching at BuzzFeed's Videos
