    I thought to be a proud owner of Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom. But the Manufacturing fault troubled me in such a manner that my regular life became painful by travelling from Kanpur to Lucknow (approx 100 km travelling) for product repairing only.
    A brand name like Samsung has dealt with the issue is such a casual manner by reframing me to have a extended warranty costing 5000/- Rupees (approx.). Now with consumer forum fight somehow my case settlement and got the amount of product only. Even after several request my extended warranty amount has not been refunded.
    If people like us who buy such a costly product and even did not properly repaid for manufacturing fault by company, it is a socio economic harassment. This is Samsung company liability to repay amount of extended warranty to retain the trust of customer. I hereby extend a chain due to my un-satisfaction until the amount of extended warranty will be repaid.
