Here’s the plan:
Each round is 1 minute, and all you need to start are 2kg weights (or water bottles), a chair and a mat. You’ll do two mini circuits, then the finisher.

4. Simple standing knee hug
5. Dumbbell step-up
6. Butt-lift deadlift

9. Lateral lunge
10. Single leg squat
11. Lunge jump
12. Lateral lunge

14. Lunge jump
15. The finisher: marching hip raise
